Kathy has been the owner of Oviatt Design for over 30 years, specializing in luxury residential and commercial projects, including custom homes, medical buildings, retail spaces, spas, vacation homes, and luxury houseboats. Known for creating timeless interiors that blend classic and modern elements, her focus is on designing spaces that reflect her clients' values, lifestyles, and expectations.

Growing up with parents who collected original artwork and appreciated beauty, Kathy is inspired by lasting, traditional beauty that tells each client’s unique story. A lifetime member of the American Society of Interior Design, she is committed to providing exceptional, detail-oriented work in design, architecture, and landscaping. Kathy's creativity, passion, and love for design continue to attract clients, with the process and the relationships she builds being the most rewarding part of her work.
