Is it weird that we get excited about things like laundry rooms? We are hoping we aren't the only ones because we are just in love with the beautiful laundry room we've been working on in our favorite French Revival house! It is bright and airy and has such beautiful detail already—even as a work in progress.
Our clients wanted soft colors and lots of space so when doing laundry, it would feel a little less like a chore. Well, we think things are off to a pretty good start. Check out what's been done so far:
Isn't this custom tile amazing? Each piece is hand painted and just gorgeous. We looked at a lot of tile for this space in a wide variety of colors, but this particular option just felt right!
And the cabinets are blue! (You all know how much we love blue!) The pictures honestly don't do the color justice. It is a soft blue-gray that is fun and timeless all in one.
Looking into the laundry room from the hallway, you can see there is plenty of space to get everyone's "favorite" chore checked off the list.
Here, on the opposite side of the room, is where the washer and dry will go. We love that there is an endless amount of storage in this space as well!
